NL Dance were commissioned to deliver a dance project with a focus of mental health and wellbeing. These short inclusive sessions are facilitated by a dance practitioner and allow you to move to music as you like!
Sheffield Belong recently took part in a Be Free Session at Croft House and are planning for practitioners to return and run some more session. Croft House trustee, Emily Agius, along with her work colleagues took part in the session and can be seen in the video clip!
There are free sessions open to the public at Diversity Festival, Hagglers Corner on Sunday 30th September at 2:30pm & 3:00pm.
